Securities Enforcement Forum 2019 is the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. It is a unique, one-day conference in Washington, D.C. that brings together current and former senior SEC and DOJ officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. This year’s conference will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, in the historic Grand Ballroom of the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Securities Enforcement Forum 2019 will feature a Keynote discussion with SEC Chairman Jay Clayton (moderated by former SEC Commissioner Daniel M. Gallagher).

Securities Enforcement Forum 2019 will also be highlighted by a ”Directors’ Panel” that will offer insights from SEC Enforcement Co-Director Steven Peikin, as well as former SEC Enforcement Directors Andrew Ceresney, George Canellos, Bill McLucas, Linda Chatman Thomsen and Dick Walker. It will also include a full day of panels on the most pressing and critical topics in securities enforcement, including cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, financial and accounting fraud, litigation and investigation strategies, and much more. The conference will feature an unparalleled faculty, including many current senior SEC enforcement officials and over two dozen other luminaries in the securities enforcement field.
